Rebecca
I founded Launch Healthcare as a way to connect talented RNs to their dream jobs in Canada and the United States.
Following a background in career services within academic settings and the federal government, I discovered international nurse recruitment and fell in love!
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in psychology (honours) from Queen's University, a post-graduate certificate in human resources management from Humber College, and I've completed several commerce and language minor courses.
Currently, I am a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Ontario Human Resources Professional Association.
When I'm not working, I am most likely helping my husband on the family farm, or enjoying food, laughter and simple pleasures with my family.

Can you believe that Rebecca and I are actually neighbours?
That's right! Rebecca and I live next door to each other! The moment we met, we became fast friends.
I worked as a paramedic for 20 years. When I learned more about RN recruitment, I realized it was a perfect fit for me! I joined Launch as vice-president in 2015.
I love taking my inner working knowledge of hospitals, and then listening to the job goals of RNs to make their dream jobs happen.
When I'm not working, I enjoy a quiet country lifestyle along with my two very active teenagers and great husband. Hockey is a fan favourite, and boating is near and dear to our summertime hearts!
